From the late 1990s they have shifted their focus from developing retail and commercial purpose built projects to mixed-use boutique residential in Sydney’s inner east, northern beaches and inner-western suburbs – typically in premium positions, with access to major transport hubs and surrounded by local amenities.
We have carefully crafted enduring partnerships which ensures consistency and quality. Our project manager, Eastview, have worked with us since 1997 and will be managing the delivery of our latest project. Since 2023, Coco Republic have been providing their design input to optimise the internal unit layouts while the interiors team have created a beautiful colour scheme which embodies the lifestyle of the northern beaches complemented by the use of quality appointments.
In 2025, we are excited to present our latest boutique project, Coda, located in Manly Vale – a conveniently positioned northern beaches suburb close to Manly beach, retail, supermarkets and the B-line bus stop.
